PET FRIENDLY APARTMENTS
Madison Village Apartments in Winchester, VA is a Pet Friendly Apartment Community. We have outlined the conditions as follows:
1) A Non-Refundable Pet Deposit of $250.00 per unit is required.
2) A pet fee of $30 a month per unit is added to the monthly rent due the 1st of the month.
3) Maximum of 2 pets allowed per unit. Small caged pets allowed are hermit crabs, gerbils, guinea pigs, small birds, ferrets and rabbits.
4) Approvement from Management is required for every pet and vaccine records are required.
5) Management restricts fish tanks over 20 gallons.
The below listed breeds are restricted:
Pit Bull Terriers, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, and Chows.
